Yvonne Graham

Yvonne Graham compiled and edited, "A Woman's No Nonsense Guide to Fly Fishing Favorite Waters", a book consisting of the favorite fly fishing destinations of 25 well known, all-star lady anglers. She is a three term past President of the International Women Fly Fishers and has been on the Board for the past 11 years. As co-director of the National Coalition of Marine Conservation -- West Coast, she and her husband, Gary Graham, helped in the effort to ban drift gill nets off California. Yvonne and Gary established the Friends of Fishing Foundation that introduces under-privileged children to sportfishing. The two also own and operate Baja on the Fly, one of the largest fly-fishing guide services in Baja. She was appointed a Representative for the International Gamefish Association, Southern California. 

There's been fishing, too. Yvonne was the first woman to catch a striped marlin on both 8 and 12 lb. test lines. She is a three-time IGFA world record holder and twice received the coveted 10-1 Award. She was Angler of the Year at Southwestern Yacht Club, and won the Ultra Light Tackle Award from The Marlin Club of San Diego, among other honors. Yvonne and husband, Gary Graham, author of "No Nonsense Guide To Fly Fishing Southern Baja" reside in Southern California, and have a home in East Cape, Baja, Mexico.
