Cabo San Lucas/The Corridor
Cabo San Lucas has long been considered the marlin capital of the world. With over 50,000 marlin, sailfish, and swordfish hooked a year, this is one of the place to satisfy your ambitions to catch a billfish. Tuna, dorado, wahoo and roosterfish are here for the taking as well. Beach fishing along the corridor can be exciting. With over sixteen accessible beaches between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas, the adventuresome spin-fisher can spend his entire vacation exploring these beaches. A word of caution: the corridor beaches all have steep breaks with sharp drop-offs and often undertow can be a problem. You should not try to attempt beach fishing if the waves and swell are large.
